PHOTO TRANSFER

My family photos are one of the most precious things I own and I have kept that as the center of creating a boutique style service for my clients that will give them the same comfort in handling these images as I would want for myself.

THE PROCESS

To schedule an appointment, please call 1-512-468-7288. I'm happy to help with any questions, arrange your image transfer appointment, and set the return date.

Before providing a quote and booking, please have the number and sizes of your images ready. The quote includes transferring all images to a temporary Dropbox link, which you can save to your preferred storage device. Additionally, you can opt for a mirrored copy on a 2TB External Hard Drive for an additional $250. For larger orders, extra hard drives may be necessary.

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required in advance.

1. BOOK an APPOINTMENT

On the day of your appointment I will personally come to your home to pick up your photos. Since I live in Austin I am only taking clients within 30 miles of the Austin City limits.

Because every single image is so very important I will recount all the pictures at the time of pickup to make sure we have the same count. If there is a discrepancy we will recount together to make sure every precious photograph is accounted for.

2. PICK up IMAGES

We work with one client at a time to provide your project with our full, undivided attention. While this may result in limited availability on our calendar, please know that once we have your photos, they receive exclusive, meticulous, white-glove treatment.

3. YOUR images will be taken to be transferred

A few days before your delivery appointment, you'll receive an invoice and confirmation text. We serve one client at a time, so please honor the appointment.

After settling the balance, you'll get a temporary 30-day Dropbox link with your digitized images. I recommend storing them in two places: online and on an external hard drive for added security. When sharing online, use view options, not edit, to protect your originals.

ME & MY GRANNY

Last year, my Granny passed away, and if you know me, you know I adored her. She believed in me from the time I was born, inspired me to earn my ART degree at TCU, created countless wonderful memories at their lake house, and always loved me unconditionally. In every season of life, she was there, cheering me on. Now that she is gone, the memories and pictures are even more precious, which is why digitizing photos has become even more important.
