Contact me to ask any questions or reserve the month you would like to have your session in. I typically book six months to a year in advance, but sometimes I have openings sooner. Once we have a reservation scheduled for your senior pictures. I will begin to work with you to create a customized session plan. I will walk you through the entire process, from selecting outfits to discovering the perfect location and feel for you! There are a limited amount of sessions available, so I can invest a significant amount of time in customizing each photo session.

Be true to yourself. Make each day your masterpiece. Help others. Drink deeply from good books. Make friendship a fine art. Build a shelter against a rainy day. Pray for guidance and give thanks for your blessings every day.

For me, its all intertwined in this crazy, messy, beautiful life. Paint, color, words texture and photographs authentically express my faith & relationships, convey thoughts & feelings & show the personality of the clients I work with.

As a little girl growing up I spent my time outdoors playing with my brother until sunset, creating with mud and paint, and dreaming impossible dreams. Weekends were spent at my family lake house where conversations on the porch were long and the boat rides were unending. To this day it is still where I go to remember who I am, where I come from, this journey I have been on, and the people I have shared it with. Those who are still here and those who have finished their days. At the lake house dreams are discussed, plans are made, laughter is contagious, and every now and then there is silence. It’s in these quiet moments in front of the canvas of color above and below that I pause and remember to just be. Its inspiring and peaceful.

I studied art at TCU and graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree. I have worked in all sorts of mediums, but have found my passion and love in photography and mixed media.

As my business has grown I have been able to narrow my focus down to taking senior pictures & creating mixed media pieces. My time with seniors is spent developing sessions, finding perfect locations, and creating images that express each individual person. Ones that are artistic and timeless.

When I am not on a photoshoot I spend my days in my art studio painting, where time stops and colors and ideas explode. My mixed media pieces incorporate photos, words, found metal, colors, textures and so much more. I pour myself into each artwork in order to create a piece that expresses something more than I would ever be able to convey any other way. I have primarily been working on commissioned pieces, but I will soon be adding an online store with two new series of originals and prints. One of the series is inspired by my involvement with orphan girls in Zambia. Spill Art is my blog that shares in depth my heartbeat for these girls and how I am using photography and art to go beyond the boundaries.
